• A Different Drum must approve of the proposed band / song for the video before the video is produced. The band must also approve before the video is produced.
  
• A Different Drum is not directly financing any of the video production for this contest.
  
• Video producer must sign a contract agreement before submitting a video entry.
  
• No video will be accepted if it contains "suggestive" material, like nudity, simulated sex, profanity, etc. Video's must be able to be posted on public sites.
  
• Winning videos will be judged by BOTH the general public as well as by the band and A Different Drum. The combination of public votes and label / band votes will decide the winners.
  
• Non-cash prizes for winning videos will be shipped from A Different Drum and will consist of all "in-print" label releases including CD album, compilations, and CD singles.
  
• Deadline for all video submissions is March 26th, 2007 at which time the judging will begin.
